Hip/Groin/Hamstring
Have you suffered a hamstring tear, groin strain, been recently diagnosed with FAI or some other hip pathology? Well this class is for you! Designed for those athletes who are recovering from a current, chronic or recurring injury, this class will get you back on the pitch and keep you there so you can enjoy what you do best. This hour long class will not only strengthen your entire kinetic chain but also teach you how to better manage your body to prevent reoccurrence. Expect to be confident to return to play, or stay playing, by the end of the 6 week course. You don’t need to be a patient of the clinic to attend this class and we’re happy to work with your existing physiotherapist or other medical professional to help make your recovery as smooth and speedy as possible.
