Better Runners
Every runner wants to either run faster or simply continue to run. The best way to decrease your times is to be able to complete and progress your training without the interruption of injury. Our Better Runners class incorporates all of the latest and best strengthening, myofascial release and mobility work, neuromuscular control and coordination exercises designed specifically to keep you on the track, road, trial or pitch. Class content will be modified to suit the individual needs of each athlete and group with the intent to improve general physical robustness to better tolerate training load, improve efficiency and prevent injury. So if you’re a runner recovering from injury, or looking to prevent one from occurring, this class is compulsory attendance!
